Data that may be processed

• When you use the homepage form: your name, email address, selected starting point and message content. Name, email and message are needed to process the request; the starting point helps qualify it.
• Technical request and security data that may appear in hosting logs: IP address, date/time, requested URL, response code, user agent and information required for diagnostics.
• Your audience-measurement choice, stored locally in the browser to apply your preference. This choice is not sent to Umami.
• No payment data is collected directly by the website’s current public pages.
• Do not send sensitive or confidential data through the contact form.

Why this data may be used

• Receive, qualify and process your contact request, then reply to the address provided.
• Serve the website, maintain availability, diagnose errors and prevent abuse or security incidents.
• Measure visits and selected functional clicks only after explicit consent, when this option is enabled.

The contact request is processed as part of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Technical and security logs rely on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Umami audience measurement relies on your explicit consent.

Cookies

Umami Cloud loads only after your explicit choice. It measures page views and selected functional clicks defined in the code. No advertising tool is used, and Vavang events send neither email addresses, message content nor form content.

Declining disables measurement. You can reopen your preferences from the control provided in the footer. The choice is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to a third party.

Retention periods

• A contact request is retained during the active commercial relationship and then deleted, with a maximum period of one year.
• Resend retains email data and logs for 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans; Enterprise plans may use a custom retention period. After account termination, remaining data is deleted within 90 days.
• Hosting technical logs are retained according to the configuration selected with OVHcloud.
• The analytics preference remains in your browser until it is changed or deleted.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may in particular have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where relevant, portability.

To exercise your rights or ask a question, email rgpd@vavang.dev with the subject of your request. In France, you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights are not respected.

Hosting and third-party services

The public sites are hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The form sends the message to Resend, the email delivery service configured for Vavang. When you accept it, Umami Cloud loads as an audience-measurement service. These providers may process technical data needed to operate their services.

Umami Cloud is configured in a region located in the European Union. Resend stores customer data, including message content and delivery logs, in the United States. Applicable safeguards and transfers must be tied to the contracts and accounts actually in use.
